Social Work Assistant – Adults – Hackney
iPeople SC Solutions is recruiting a Social Work Assistant to work for our client based in Hackney and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support, information, advice, and technical assistance to individuals.
- Developing, costing, negotiating, and mediating individual support plans as required.
- Enabling individuals to take control of their support plans and resources.
- Assessing people who are eligible for social care support to develop their own solutions and enhance their quality of life through promoting choice.
- Working jointly and alone to develop support plans with people and implement these to enable them to be healthy, safe, and well.
