Quantity Surveyor

Bennett and Game are pleased to be representing an established and growing national firm of chartered surveyors and construction consultants, who are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Central London. You will be working alongside the Senior QS on residential projects in and around London / Surrey. This opportunity offers an extremely attractive package alongside a structured scope for career progression within the growing business. It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has previous experience working for a consultancy on residential projects, with employer’s agent experience. The successful candidate will be able to travel to the City of London or Guildford on a hybrid basis and must be looking to become chartered, if not already. This opportunity also offers very good progression to Senior and Associate level. Salary and Benefits: Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 Car Allowance 25 days holiday increasing to a maximum of 30 days based upon time served, plus Public and Bank Holidays.
