Night Cleaners – Waste Recycling – Leyland Preston. Start 28 October 2024. Temporary to Permanent Positions. Weekly Pay. £12.33 per hour. 37.5 Hours per Week. Superb Benefits! Night Cleaner positions available to join Lancashire Council’s Waste Recycling Team at their operation based in Leyland, Preston. You do not require previous experience to apply. These positions are an immediate start and initially are offered on a 13 week temp basis with the option of permanent employment following a satisfactory probation period. Start dates – Immediate Pay: £12.33 per hour increasing to £12.93 per hour from 1st January 2025 Overtime Monday to Saturday paid at £18.50 per hour for hours worked over 37.5 hours and £24.66 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Working days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8am – 4pm for first weeks training and then 10pm – 6am Mon – Fri shift pattern. Location: Leyland – PR26 JOB ROLE: Housekeeping and general cleaning of your work area. Providing hands on support as required for all business functions of waste processing operations.
