Housing Management – Solicitor – Up to £60,000 Salary The Role This opportunity presents a great chance to become part of a renowned, contemporary, and encouraging law firm as they seek a Housing Management Solicitor. The Housing department at the firm is actively seeking an Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the existing team to further enhance their legal practice. The ideal candidate should have experience in housing litigation including anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair, in addition to a strong understanding of CPR and Housing case law. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of pre-litigated and post-litigated matters with minimal supervision but will have the advantage of full administrative support.
