Senior SEO Executive

Our client is a marketing agency based in South Manchester seeking a Senior SEO Executive to join their growing team. The role focuses on developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive client revenue and growth, with a particular emphasis on e-commerce and legal services, while remaining open to other sectors.

You\’ll be part of a collaborative marketing team, working closely with the Director and the Senior Marketing Manager to shape client marketing strategy. You will be hands-on with On-Page/Content SEO implementation, stay ahead of the evolving search landscape, and lead the ideation and execution of commercially focused SEO strategies for multiple clients. There is potential to expand into broader marketing services (paid/organic social) if desired.

The Role

As a Senior SEO Executive, you will:

• Work with the Director & Senior Marketing Manager to shape client SEO strategy
• Manage client accounts with autonomy and lead On-Page/Content SEO implementation
• Apply creativity and industry knowledge to improve website performance
• Contribute to the development of broadly-focused SEO that aligns with client commercial goals
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team and take accountability for your SEO work
• Optionally discuss involvement in wider marketing services (paid/organic social) as part of the role

About You

• 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally within an agency
• Passionate about SEO and improving website performance
• Strong understanding of SEO tools
• Willing to speak up and share opinions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
