React JS Trainer

Position Type: React JS Trainer

Working Hours: 09 to 05

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with related libraries and tools, such as Redux, Context API, or React Router.
• Passion for teaching, with prior experience in training or mentoring (formal or informal) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex concepts.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and engaging training sessions on React.js concepts, including JSX, components, state management, hooks, routing, and more.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and projects.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and live coding sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
• Mentor and guide learners, addressing their queries and providing constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
• Stay updated with the latest React.js trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into training.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve training modules.
• Evaluate learners’ progress through assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
