Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Social Work Practice Lead specializing in Adult Safeguarding to join our esteemed client. To be successful in this role, candidates must have registration with Social Work England (SWE) as a Social Worker and hold a qualification equivalent to the Diploma in Social Work (DipSW).
Requirements for the role:
- Support the adult social care workforce and GMMH by leading and coordinating complex adult safeguarding enquiries.
- Apply robust knowledge of legislation and policy frameworks underpinning adult safeguarding, including the Care Act 2014.
- Engage in safeguarding processes such as MAPPA, PREVENT, Domestic Homicide Reviews, and Safeguarding Adult Reviews.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to practitioners and partner agencies, making evidence-based, defensible decisions.
- Deliver presentations and training to the workforce and external agencies, promoting high standards of safeguarding practice.
