Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our clients team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties.

Salary: GBP37,000 – GBP40,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
2. Fault finding, testing, and diagnostics.
3. Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
2. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
3. Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) preferred.
