1. Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
2. Oversee the training and development of the team
3. Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training
4. Manage the P&L and Payroll

The successful candidate

1. Previous experience working in a busy hotel or restaurant
2. A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
3. Well organised with an eye for detail
4. Proven business & financial success
5. A born leader with excellent communication skills
