Role Description

This is a 20-hour contract with possible full-time hours during busy periods for a Supervisor at Instaclean Solutions Ltd. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaners, ensuring high cleaning standards are met, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Must be able to drive and happy to use own car
• Previous cleaning experience
• Willing to complete CSCS test and health and safety training as requested
