HGV 2 Driver in Hemel Hempstead

Overview

HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver to work day shifts for our client based in the Hemel Hempstead area on an ongoing and potential Temp – Perm basis.

A perfect role for HGV Class 2 drivers who want full time work with a prestigious company, which offers great benefits for full time drivers.

Responsibilities

• Be able to unload vehicle where required; heavy lifting involved.
• Complete vehicle checks.
• Drive safely and follow road regulations; adapt to flexible run requirements.
• Deliver to customers and provide excellent customer service as this is a customer-facing role.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months HGV driving (Cat C) recent experience.
• British Driving Licence, Full CPC and DIGI tachograph.
• Confident with manual handling as bulky lifting is required.
• No more than 6 points (no DR, DD or IN).
• Must have the correct PPE – HI Vis and Safety Boots.

Pay & Details

• Pay Rate: £17.00 (PAYE) / £19.00 (Umbrella).
• 10 hours minimum pay guaranteed.
• Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday.
• Location: Hemel Hempstead.
• Duration: Ongoing.
• Free parking on-site.
