About the role

Our Food and Beverage department is a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across the premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. So, what will you be doing day to day?

• Serve customers at their table and at the till point.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages.
• Prepare hot food items and deliver them to customers\’ tables.
• Responsible for stock rotation and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
• Support with stock deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members and colleagues from other departments to consistently deliver exemplary service.
• Fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when undertaking other activities to support the needs of the business.
• Understand that the Airport operates 24/7, and may be scheduled to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge in Food Safety.
