Job Title: Receptionist – Luxury Boutique Hotel – Knightsbridge

Salary: A£27,000 + Service Charge & incentives

Location: London

I am on the lookout for a Receptionist to join this stunning boutique hotel in Knightsbridge. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the guests as well as dealing with reservations and check-ins.

About the Position:

1. Greet the guests on check-in and check-out
2. Ensure that a professional and friendly attitude is always maintained
3. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billing and financial transactions
4. Deal with guests\’ requests & queries, recording all feedback as per our standard operating procedures

The Successful Candidate:

1. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
2. Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. A team player with a positive attitude
