The Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment efforts within a leading Professional Services Organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Build and manage talent pipelines and recruitment projects.
- Conduct market mapping and deliver competitive talent insights.
- Utilize LinkedIn Insights and data to inform sourcing strategies.
- Present research and sourcing outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring teams and adjust communication based on audience.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant sourcing or recruitment experience.
- Experience in a similarly sized corporate or working with large professional services clients.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Insights.
- Proven ability to source talent in the London market.
- Excellent research, data interpretation, and presentation skills.
- Bonus: Exposure to talent markets in Germany, Paris, or Manchester.
