A popular fashion accessories retailer who stands out in the retail market for their sleek and striking designs are looking for a concession manager. This retailer continues to grow across the UK and globally. They have found success through generating a loyal customer base.

The role of concession manager will require the chosen candidate to drive performance through sales, service and operations ensuring that standards are always being maintained. You will also host in store events to drive footfall and brand awareness with a focus being on conversion.

You will need to be familiar with conducting and observing sales ceremonies, offering a tailored service to each customer. A strong eye for visual standards is also beneficial for this position alongside the ability to effectively make commercial decisions and keep the team motivated in a high footfall environment.

The role is paying up to £42,000 OTE.
