Reward Analyst

The role:- Determine bonuses and salary adjustments.- Be well versed in condensing extensive data into summaries for influencing reward processes.

• Liaise with senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong relationship building skills.

• Carry out and maintain job evaluation processes accurately and efficiently.

• Assist senior Reward staff in configuring essential bonus and pay review processes.

Previous Reward Analyst experience.

• Strong analytical skills.

• CIPD level 7 or equivalent.

• Previous HR administration or Payroll experience is ideal.

A salary of £50-58k + generous Benefits package including private medical insurance and health and wellness offers.
