Are you a passionate and caring Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom? We are working closely with a range of welcoming primary schools across Northampton, seeking dedicated TAs to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join inclusive school communities where your support will have a meaningful impact on children’s learning, confidence, and well-being.
The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
Supporting learning across the National Curriculum
Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
Confident supporting EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Safeguarding awareness (or willingness to complete training)
Able to commit to full-time, long-term work
Location & Travel:
Roles available across Northampton
Candidates able to travel 30–40 minutes are encouraged to apply
