An exciting opportunity has become available to join a dynamic Independent Estate Agency that needs a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join its successful Team.

Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator Package

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every third Saturday 9-2pm (no days off in lieu)

About the role

1. Respond to leads from the website and relevant property portals
2. Deal with telephone and email enquiries from landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers
3. Booking and attending viewings
4. Qualifying potential tenants/ buyers
5. Maintain regular contact with Landlord and Tenant/ Buyers and Sellers
6. Manage and update applicants on all properties
7. Register, accompany and carry out viewings with buyers/prospective tenants
8. Ensure all prospective tenants are correctly referenced and that landlords give approval to proceed
9. Identify tenants/ buyers need and match them to suitable properties

To be a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you need:

1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
2. High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
3. Pro-active and confident nature
4. Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well under pressure
5. Great customer service and a can-do attitude
6. Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
