Job Overview

Little Mead Primary Academy is seeking an organised and proactive After School Club Leader to oversee our After School Club team. You will ensure the club runs smoothly, providing a positive and engaging experience for children from Reception to Year 6. Your role will include leading the team, organising activities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the After School Club team.
2. Develop engaging activities for children.
3. Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
4. Work in line with school policies, raising concerns when necessary.
5. Contribute to the recruitment of new team members.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

1. Is a team player with a \’can-do\’ attitude.
2. Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable).
3. Is flexible, approachable, and professional.
4. Can support a range of children’s needs.
