Key Responsibilities: Forklift Operation:Safely operate a forklift truck (Reach Truck) to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse. Order Picking and Packing:Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and ready for shipment. Inventory Management:Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and organising inventory in the warehouse. Goods In/Out:Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Warehouse Maintenance:Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Flexible Working:Be available to work outside regular office hours when required to meet operational demands. Requirements: Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment. Licenses:Must hold a valid Reach Truck License. Skills:Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility:Willingness to work outside standard hours when required to meet the needs of the business. Physical Fitness:Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
