Estimator/ Project Manager (Bluebeam Revu) London – Bromley £60,000 – £70,000 + Progression + Bonus + Overtime + Pension Are you an Estimator or Project Manager who has used Bluebeam Revu or similar software looking to join a growing company that is striving to expand to multiple sites working on high end residential projects using contemporary architectural models, where you can progress to managing multiple sites, while developing your skills and technical knowledge? In this role you will be developing comprehensive cost estimates, oversee budgets, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to secure quotes, working with architects and ensuring alignments with industry standards. The ideal candidate has experience in estimation of residential projects and able to commute to Bromley and knowledge of appropriate Software\’s such as Bluebeam and Excel.
