This senior contract manager role is with a reputable facilities management business based in Portsmouth. Senior Contract Manager Role:

• Utilise your skills in client liaison and relationship building to retain existing clients and source new clients.
• Organise meetings with clients to source new projects and contracts.
• Coordinate with clients on schedules, budgets, and project lifecycle to set clear expectations.
• Source contractors to deliver projects effectively.
• Make critical business decisions in consultation with directors and stakeholders, exploring innovative project sourcing methods.
• Develop a team that can manage key accounts, source new business, and be involved in training and development.

Essential Requirements and Experience:

• Experience in client liaison and relationship building.
• A large network of clients that can be transferred to the new role.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts (Desirable).
• A technical background (Desirable).
• Leadership qualities and a strong desire to grow with the business.
• Proven examples of new clients acquired and value of projects won.
