Hours: Full Time Contract / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour

About the role:

Are you passionate about chai and exceptional service? We’re looking for a spirited and driven Assistant Manager to help lead our tea shop to new heights. In this role, you’ll be the right hand to our Store Manager, ensuring every day runs smoothly and every customer leaves with a smile. If you thrive in a lively environment and have a knack for leadership, we’d love to have you on our team!

• Assist in overseeing daily operations with passion, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.
• Train and support the team to deliver top-notch service and consistently great chai.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Contribute to strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.

Essential:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
