Maintenance Handyman/woman

Fantastic career opportunity for a Maintenance / Handyperson.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day maintenance and general DIY around the building.
• Having a trade skill i.e., joinery, plumbing, electrical, is a preference or extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential.
• Must enjoy decorating and day-to-day maintenance of buildings.
• Must have a full driving license, own transport, and tools.

Experience

This role will be subject to receipt of two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently.
• Must own a vehicle – non-negotiable.
• On-site parking available.
