TSA Surveying are currently representing a large employee-owned property consultant who is looking to grow their regional teams within Fire Engineering. The company has around 1500 employees and a turnover of more than £150 million, targeting their next phase of growth to reach £250 million turnover by 2030.
As a property consultant, they predominantly employ project managers, quantity surveyors, and building surveyors. However, as part of their strategic plans, they are diversifying their revenue streams with complementary service lines, focusing on the growth of Fire and M&E within the past 5 years.
They are looking to make a substantial footprint within the Fire Engineering market and have made a strategic appointment within their Fire team, now led by the National Partner of Fire Engineering. His plan is to grow the 15-strong team to approximately 25 by the end of the financial year to help maintain the large pipeline of work and expand the division.
In terms of Fire Engineering, they aim to offer a full suite of fire works, ranging from passive fire surveys to EWS1 surveys. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the growth of this division and provide a quality service.
As part of their 2025 plan, they would like to bring in quality-driven, dynamic individuals to be part of the newly established Fire Engineering team. The individual would be responsible for completing works such as fire strategies, PAS9980 assessments, and EWS1 surveys. The consultant has a strong, well-established client base, so initial growth will focus on providing and securing contracts with pre-existing relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who wants the backing of a large, well-known brand, desires to mentor and manage their own small team, has an aspirational vision and drive for quality services, and seeks a clear career path filled with growth and opportunity.
As a Senior level Engineer, you will be expected to provide mentorship and high-quality delivery. At a Senior Associate level, you will perform more demanding tasks such as running the P&L for the region, maintaining workload in your area, and assisting the Partner of Fire Engineering in business development.
