This company is a multi-million pound, leading and long established manufacturer, with multiple sites in South Yorkshire. They are currently on a large expansion and there are tremendous opportunities for training, development and progression.

The Electrical Engineering Supervisor Role:

  • Perform daily briefings to team, and supply regular written reports to the wider department
  • Oversee, lead and manage engineers on the team
  • Assist in ensuring efficient and effective manpower and resource planning and control
  • Management of contractors in delivering services onsite and ensuring full compliance with relevant site safety rules
  • Identification and reviewing of training and maintenance of staff competence
  • Coordinate/support with breakdown diagnostics, repairs and corrective maintenance
  • Maintenance checks and remedial repairs in line with processes
  • Management of the engineering stores and identify gaps in criticality of provision
