Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, talented Bid Designer to help bring our bids and proposals to life. If you've got a knack for design and a love for making an impact through your work, this is your chance to shine. You'll be at the heart of our sales process, designing eye-catching and persuasive documents and presentations that help us land new business and showcase who we are.
What You'll Do:
- Design Winning Bids: Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to create visually striking and compelling bid documents.
- Sales & Presentation Support: Develop dynamic presentations that showcase our proposals and pitch materials.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Translate client needs into stunning, effective design.
- Keep It On-Brand: Ensure all materials reflect the Houston & Hawkes brand.
- Bring New Ideas to the Table: Continuously improve the bid process with creative input.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Assist with marketing content design including social media visuals and website content.
What You Need:
- Proven experience in graphic design; bid/sales process experience is a plus.
- Strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent design sense with knowledge of colour theory and typography.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Salary Banding:
Starting salary of £28,000 per annum, with growth potential based on experience and impact. Includes room for progression and a comprehensive benefits package.
