This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the finance team’s success and develop your career in a dynamic environment. The team consists of a finance manager, and two accounts assistants and they are looking for an experienced purchase ledger assistant to help with increased workload. This opportunity would suit someone who has a real passion for all things purchase ledger, with more of a focus on administration level responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Process all Purchase ledger invoices and credit notes, matching them to GRNI, and follow up on missing invoices. Ensure accurate invoice coding. Reconcile statements of the Top 25 suppliers and review them monthly with your line manager. Perform reconciliation of the Aged Creditors at month-end. Manage the proforma invoice process, ensuring VAT invoices are processed promptly. Create, maintain, and review Vendor card information for accuracy.
