For Companies The person appointed will be competent and responsible for all types of general maintenance tasks in order to provide a cost-effective, safe, and professional maintenance service to the Charity’s properties and grounds. The person appointed should be capable of working on their own initiative and diagnosing and repairing faults. They must be respectful and considerate to the people with learning disabilities to whom the Charity provides support.
This position is open to internal and external applicants.
