Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator – Exeter – Immediate Start – £26k – £28k D.O.E. – 32 DAYS HOLIDAYS – FREE PARKING.

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to work in a small, friendly, and busy team of 4, supporting 4 Engineers. This role involves:

1. Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in writing on a daily basis.
2. Coordinating appointments for installations, repairs, servicing, and upgrades to suit both customers and engineers.
3. Checking warranties and ensuring all customer records are fully updated, compliant, accurate, and correct.
4. Calculating costings ready for invoicing.
5. General administration tasks.

This is a busy and varied role where patience and a good sense of humour are essential. Teamwork is crucial to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered.

To achieve the higher salary, you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the key criteria of the role at interview.
