Location: Bourton-on-the-Water, GL54 2HQ.
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 DOE.
Contract: Full time, working of 5 days per week. However, we may be able to accommodate a 3 day working week for the right level of candidate.

Our accountancy practice provides varied and interesting work, delivering a friendly and proactive year-round service to businesses and personal taxpayers in the local area. The successful candidate will report to the Practice Owner and be involved with all aspects of practice management and client relationships.
Practice Administrator - About the role:
- A varied workload liaising with a diverse client base
- Opportunity to develop the practice and enhance processes and systems
- Delivery of marketing campaigns, offering leading services
The key duties of the post are as follows:
- Develop and implement new administrative systems/processes to drive efficiencies and automate where possible
- Use a range of software, including email, Excel spreadsheets and CRM databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
- Managing and tracking key performance indicators
- Support to Practice Owner - managing diary and emails
- Reception duties, including answering incoming calls, emails and scheduling appointments
- Follows up on phone calls, emails and contacts as appropriate
- Assisting with enquiries about any of our services
- Lead follow up and conversion
- Generating client proposals and management of proposals
- End to end client onboarding
- Manage online and paper filing systems - be the lead to ensure we are a 100% digital practice
- Ensure office & clients meet all compliance requirements
- Supporting invoicing via QuickBooks and chasing for late payments
- Communicating with internal teams, assisting with other ad hoc Administration tasks
- Assist with business development opportunities
Candidate Profile:
Essential:- Excellent communication skills and demonstrate an enthusiastic, customer-focused approach
- The ability to adapt to new software, systems and regulatory changes
- Three years administration experience
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English Language, grade C/grade 5
- Strong IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience of working in a compliance environment
- Experience of onboarding and work-flow management software
