About the Role:

We are excited to be recruiting for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a brand-new health and social care recruitment venture, based in our new Ealing office. This is a key role for an experienced consultant ready to take the lead on high-value clients, mentor junior team members, and drive growth within a highly rewarding and essential sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong track record in health and social care recruitment who is ready to step up, take ownership, and be part of building something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on sourcing, placing, and managing candidates in the health and social care sector
  • Manage client relationships with care providers, supported housing services, and public sector clients
  • Drive business development and account growth through excellent service and strategic insight
  • Support recruitment of temporary and permanent care staff across a variety of settings
  • Guide and support junior team members with day-to-day recruitment processes
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team billing targets
  • Keep up to date with industry compliance standards and best practice
  • Contribute to the overall success of a new and ambitious business venture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in health and social care recruitment (temp or perm)
  • Proven success in billing, client delivery, and building long-term partnerships
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth understanding of sector compliance (DBS, training, right to work, etc.)
  • Self-starter mindset with a desire to grow with the business
  • A collaborative, ethical, and people-first approach to recruitment
