X4 Technology are partnered with a global financial institution to hire a contract Business Analyst within their Equities & Prime Financing business. The role focuses on enhancing intraday risk management and real-time risk transparency across trading lines including Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, Synthetic Prime, Delta1, Futures Execution and Derivatives Clearing.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst (Equities & Prime Financing):
- Analyse front-to-back Risk and PnL flows to drive effective intraday risk solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owner to deliver data-driven design and prioritisation
- Align with broader Equities programmes to ensure consistency of analysis
- Balance tactical quick-wins with long-term strategic objectives
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders on progress and blockers
Requirements for the Business Analyst (Equities & Prime Financing):
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Global Markets (Risk & PnL preferred)
- Track record in regulatory/risk-focused, data-led analysis and change delivery
- End-to-end BA lifecycle and agile methodology experience
- Advanced SQL & proficient in Jira and Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
The role is paying £500-525/d on an inside IR35 basis. The initial contract is for 6 months, with significant scope to extend for the right candidate. First stage interviews are being lined up for W/C 19th May, so please apply online for immediate consideration.
