Service Advisor – Franchised Motor Dealership

Our client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.

Salary: Basic up to £29,250 | Bonus: £3,500

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm | Saturdays: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm (one day in four)

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in Aftersales, checking vehicles in and out.
• Liaise with customers to ensure the best possible experience and secure future work.
• Handle service and repair requests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Carry out systematic follow‑up, upsell, and prospecting activities to maintain and build service department volume.
• Promote additional products and services while working with the Workshop Controller and Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within a prestige dealership.
• Ready to undergo further training and development with potential career progression.
