Domiciliary Support Services Key Worker – Carmarthen

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a Domiciliary Support Services Key Worker to our Llanelli and Ammanford team.

As a key worker, you will be working closely with people who require a flexible level of support weekly. This is to support their well-being and to regain their confidence with day-to-day tasks. It could mean helping to obtain equipment within the property to support them in achieving their goals and reducing the level of care support they require. You will be liaising with external agencies, ensuring each service user on your caseload is receiving the support they require. This role will be 80% service user contact time and 20% office-based.

Minimum Requirements

To become a key worker, you will need the following:

• Full drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain business insurance for your vehicle.

Care Cymru Will

• Provide training.
• Pay for your DBS.
• Contribute towards your MOT.
• Pay for your blue light card.
• Pay for your Social Care Wales registration.
• Provide career progression opportunities.
