Position Overview:

We are seeking an expert in UK Academic Quality to join our Internal Audit Department and assist in global internal audits. The role reports directly to the Head of Group – Internal Audit. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in UK Academic Quality and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Understand UK Academic Quality standards thoroughly.
2. Evaluate & assess GBS UK\’s compliance with Academic Quality standards.
3. Participate in internal audits of GBS UK\’s academic departments.
4. Review the quality of academics and end-to-end processes within the academic department.
5. Identify gaps and issues, discuss findings with the UK Academic team.
6. Provide suggestions for improvement and discuss recommendations.
7. Assist in drafting audit reports.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations.
9. Report to the Head of Group – Internal Audit (India, Noida).
10. Support other internal audit activities of UK entities as needed.
11. Travel occasionally to other countries, especially India.
12. Stay updated on education industry regulations and best practices.
13. Conduct global audits across other locations and entities of the GEDU Global group, ensuring:

• High academic standards aligned with UK standards.
• Identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain excellent communication skills for interaction across 12+ countries.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in UK Academic Quality.
• Relevant degree and experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
