You\’ll join us at our Welshpool Practice in a part-time and permanent role.
- Your future in our Welshpool practice
- 32 Hours per week over 4 days – flexible on days, however, 1 of the 4 days must include a Tuesday
- Based in a beautiful market town, close to the train station and local transport routes with nearby street parking
- The practice currently offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments, and with the latest technology, there is excellent potential to grow the private revenue even further
- We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth, ideally with a background in dentistry or healthcare management

As a Practice Manager, you\’ll be:
- Driving your practice\’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
