We are looking for an IT Contracts Manager for a successful organisation, who operate in a complex environment with a large IT estate. This will be an important role managing IT contracts, responsible for supporting the procurement of suppliers as well as the commercial management and administration of in-lifecycle contracts to ensure successful delivery.
The role:
- Developing brilliant relationships with main suppliers / key stakeholders
- Liaising with peers to review best practices
- Supplier negotiation, contract management, administration & support
- Providing Cost/ Budget / Expenditure management
You will need to have:
- Experience of managing IT contracts, with knowledge of contract structure and documentation
- Proven ability to oversee and manage supplier responsibilities as outlined in contractual agreements
- Awareness of the process relating to procurement strategy.
