This position sits in the delivery team at Kepler Search. You will be performing a recruitment position in a 180-degree capacity mainly focusing on the candidate search and the management of the candidate through the process. You will also provide lead generation to the 360 team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing via various methods including headhunting
  • CRM usage
  • Learning compliance and right-to-work processes
  • Working to understand the market
  • Understanding umbrella solutions
  • Setting up contractors
  • Market presentation quarterly to management

Promotion Criteria:

  • 1 deal per month for 3 consecutive months
  • Able to do the tasks of a delivery consultant independently showing lots of autonomy and confidence
  • Demonstrate readiness at review to carry out tasks of a Senior Delivery Consultant
  • Ability to detect market intel and generate leads from candidates
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Investment Funds market
  • Tracking well against annual targets
