PERFORMANCE ANALYST

REMOTE WORKING

A leading insurance company is bringing in a Performance Analyst to provide insights and create a narrative around the business’s acquisitions and retentions, working across various teams to enhance commercial initiatives. In this role, you’ll be able to directly support business performance, identifying risks and opportunities to optimise pricing strategies.

THE ROLE

1. Carrying out analysis and tracking MI to support the understanding of all acquisition KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
2. Support the Performance Manager in the execution of the customer acquisition strategy.
3. Support commercial initiatives across various teams to enhance performance.
4. Supporting with forecasting, budgeting, and retrospective analysis processes.
5. Work alongside the Performance Manager to ensure Daily Trade stand-ups are informative and effective.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Experience working in the Insurance industry.
2. Experience working with very large data sets.
3. Analytical and commercial mindset.
4. Experience working with Price Comparison data or aggregator data is desirable.
5. Forecasting experience.
6. Proficiency in any coding language (SQL, SAS, R, Python).
