Switchboard Operator

Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 luxurious rooms, including a presidential suite and two signature mega-suites, with stunning views of the River Thames and central London. The hotel features exquisite dining options across two restaurants and two bar outlets, state-of-the-art event spaces, and a serene spa and wellness floor. Duties and responsibilities related to the Switchboard Operator role

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage switchboard console and other telecommunication devices effectively.
• Keep accurate records of all calls, including caller details, recipient, and call nature.
• Liaise with internal departments and external organizations as needed to facilitate smooth communication.

About you

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and proficiency in operating switchboard equipment and related technology are required.
