The team is responsible for writing London Market Retail Property business, across company and where necessary Syndicate paper. We have an Open Market book consisting of a mixture of UK and European domiciled clients with a global footprint and some UK/European binder business. Our appetite spans a broad range of industries with a focus on primary lead/follow multinational, though we also write shared and layered deals on both a proportional and non-proportional basis.
