Title: Digital Print Operator (1 year FTC)

Hours: Rotating day shifts – 36 hours per week including a late evening shift one day a week.

Our London Client requires a Digital Print Operator to work within a small team using Canon equipment to produce high volume B&W confidential reports and documents. These reports have a tight turnaround time and thus occasional late working will be required. In addition, the department produces wide format work including posters, banners and marketing and promotional material.

A high level of customer service is required from all team members demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail

Successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks including CTC level or possibly higher

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Operation of Canon high volume black & white and colour equipment
• Print Finishing such a guillotine, booklet makers, folding machines and all binding equipment
• Ensuring all documents are quality checked prior to handover to client
• Assisting with promotional print work including wide format, banners/posters
• Comply with security and health and safety procedures and regulations

Ideally you will have:

• A secure work history as the role requires high level vetting
• Experience within a reprographic print environment desirable
• Strong PC skills – Adobe Acrobat & Fiery would be an advantage
• Clear communicator, good teamworking skills and the ability to multi-task
