Job Title: Workshop Technician Assistant

Location: Redhill

Working Hours: 8am-4.30pm

As a Workshop Technician Assistant, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly by managing stock, supporting deliveries, and handling basic product repairs. If you’re hands-on, technically inclined, and love working in a dynamic team, this role is for you!

Warehouse Support:

• Manage stock movements, organise dispatches, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with customer deliveries and keep the warehouse clean and secure.
• Support facility tasks and stock transfers as needed.

Technician Support:

• Respond to technical inquiries, perform product repairs, and test new products.
• Document procedures and keep customer service updates accurate.
• Test and manage lithium-ion batteries safely.

Required Skills:

• Basic repair skills and simple electrical knowledge.
• Basic IT, CRM, and Excel skills.
• Clean, current driver’s license.
