We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Senior Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing and procurement of pre-owned products across the UK and EMEA. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic oversight with tactical execution to drive optimal supply chain outcomes and fulfill commercial objectives. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring product availability, price competitiveness, and supply chain efficiency, working across regions and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
What your role as a Sourcing Manager (EMEA) will involve:
- Take full ownership of device sourcing across the UK and EMEA, developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to ensure devices are available when and where needed at optimal prices.
- Establish robust supplier relationships with global partners, setting up legally and commercially sound agreements, including return rights for non-compliant devices and staged delivery terms.
- Negotiate competitive buy-in pricing, leveraging market intelligence and strong negotiation skills to secure the lowest possible input price per device grade.
- Establish a two-way sourcing relationship across regions, mitigating supply chain challenges in both the US and EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with technical and operational leadership teams to align supplier capabilities with company requirements, ensuring product compliance and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a transparent buy-in plan, presenting accurate and timely reports to senior stakeholders, including open requirements, fill rates, supplier performance, open POs, and price benchmarking.
- Analyze financial implications and potential risks associated with sourcing alternatives, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Provide detailed regional reports to assess product viability and strategic sourcing opportunities.
- Proactively manage supply-side challenges, maintaining a risk management strategy to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations.

- Experience sourcing used mobile devices on a global scale, with deep knowledge of industry-specific standards (FMI, Knox, Reg Coding, Bands, Grades).
- Proven people management experience across time zones and functions.
- Background in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management within tech or telecom sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, including the ability to secure competitive pricing and agreements.
- High-level analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data for strategic outcomes.
