Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Create, develop, and champion a Talent program to identify, retain, and develop the best possible talent and future leaders within the organisation.
• Liaise across divisions to develop buy-in and truly champion talent and talent development.
• Create alignment between business strategy, organisational culture, and employee experiences.
• Drive strategic behavioural and process change across the organisation.
• Manage the execution of Leadership Development programmes.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to build brand equity, displaying creativity and a passion for talent engagement and attraction.

Key Skills

• Experience in roles focusing on talent development, performance management, engagement surveys, OD projects, and culture-building initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively within a complex, multi-cultural organisation, building relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, from junior staff to the executive team.
• Proven experience in project management, leading, and driving OD & Talent Management projects in other businesses.
