Job Title: Residential Lettings Area Director

Spicerhaart, the UK’s largest independent property group, is seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Area Director to lead operations across the Felicity J Lord brand. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a high-performing individual with a proven track record in residential lettings and strategic team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the London-based lettings teams, shaping growth, culture, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and uphold the highest levels of customer service.
• Drive team performance, personal development, and day-to-day management.
• Create and implement business plans relevant to your branch.

Benefits:

• Complete on-target earnings of £120,000+ with uncapped commission.
• Basic salary between £40,000 and £60,000, dependent on experience.
• Additional benefits include a company car or allowance, 30 days holiday, pension scheme, and various employee perks.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential lettings at a managerial level.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent understanding of current lettings legislation.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and monitor competitor performance.

• Legal right to work in the UK, with proof provided.
• Ability to participate in video interviews.
