Corporate Advisory Finance Director / Corporate Finance Advisory Director / Corporate M&A Finance Director Hybrid role – Manchester based Our client is a well established Boutique Advisory/Corporate Finance business, they are an innovative brand that is disrupting the market with fresh thinking on corporate finance and client relationships. They have one of the largest advisory teams in the South West and are now expanding. This role will be responsible for managing their M&A business in the North, identifying and developing new M&A business to drive regional growth. You will manage and lead transactions, as well as having a very active role in developing new business and managing a small team to achieve agreed objectives. You will be part of an experienced and dynamic M&A and Debt Advisory Team, working on mid-market deals with private companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity. Your main responsibilities are to execute M&A assignments using your technical knowledge and experience. You will be experienced identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, taking an active role in the development of new business relationships including client presentations and pitches. Qualifications And Experience Professional qualification ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) preferable; Experience of leading M&A transactions; Currently working either as a Director/Senior Manager or in a Management Position; There is a competitive base salary plus: Bonus, plus profit share and options Private Medical employee and family 4x Death in Service 75% Income Protection Gym paid for (employee only)
