Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located in They currently enjoy a turnover of £90million and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature. Project values range from £5 million up to £20 million with schemes being procured on both a negotiated and competitive basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. About The Role: As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our building projects. Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop, learn and grow. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximises margin whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality. About You: • Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor • Reside within commutable distance of Birmingham • Previous experience on Industrial or Multirooms projects. (Preferred but not essential) • Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
