A leading lifestyle and retail brand is seeking a junior-level Ecommerce Experience Coordinator to join their digital team on a contract basis. This role plays a key part in supporting the setup of a new merchandising catalogue and maintaining the onsite customer experience during a period of growth and operational change.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 6-12 months of experience or a completed ecommerce internship/traineeship. Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar ecommerce platforms will be viewed as highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of a new merchandising catalogue to support a major logistics expansion
  • Help manage product categorisation, weekly newness drops, and homepage merchandising updates
  • Conduct QA checks across product listings, category pages, and content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and flag onsite issues in collaboration with the Content Ops and global teams
  • Support digital marketing by supplying product links and information for campaign activations
  • Work with the CRM team to select featured products for emails and ensure alignment across channels
  • Contribute to regular ecommerce reporting and performance tracking
You Will Have:
  • 6-12 months' experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role OR relevant internship/traineeship
  • A strong eye for detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • A passion for ecommerce and the digital customer journey
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar ecommerce platforms is highly desirable
